The Role To assist the Head of Risk Management and Compliance on the following Provide input in developing and maintaining data governance framework policies procedures and monitoring Develop and carry out training and awareness for data management and governance Work closely with data and business owners to put in place initiatives to maintain data quality perform data cleansing and maintain data consistency Assess and support the collection of quality data in the future Assess from data quality and governance perspective any new technologies tools approaches and methodologies that are being considered by the business to drive value creation Assess proposed innovative data centric technology and approaches to solve specific growth enhancement cost reduction and control regulatory challenges from a data governance perspective Participate in business and technology initiatives that focus on data strategies and platforms to drive digital transformation and meet business objectives The Person Bachelor Degree in Information Technology and any professional qualification will an added advantage 5-7 years of experience in preferably in Technology Risk IT Audit IT Operations in insurance takaful or banking industryGood comprehension of compliance functions and guidelines Good written and verbal communication skillsExcellent interpersonal and report writing skillsDetail oriented analytical good problem solving skillsGood time management and strong planning skills
