Job Description


Oracleprofessionals design, implement and deploy Oracle solutions to achieve defined business goals Maintain skills in Oracle applications process design and configuration; Oracle application design, development, integration, testing and deployment; and Oracle application technical architecture

To prepare monthly variance reports such as expense control sheets, budget vs actuals, discussion with all the plant and sales head and provide the inputs on latest position of processes and its financials impact

To prepare and analyze monthly cost accounting reports and highlight increase in cost to Chief Financial Officer

To monitor the Project Expense and Budgets are running in order, Project time outrun, Cost overrun reports

To establish the daily reporting systems, work with the oracle team to put the daily relevant inputs for development of dashboards to senior management

Stronger budgeting and funds management

Consolidation of multi currencies & multi geography accounts

To ensure compliance to Good Environmental Practices (GEP) to avoid or minimize impact to environment

Submitting MIS reports by 2nd working day of the following month and handle the inventory closure processes

Hassome latitudein decision-making Acts independently to determine methods and procedures onnew assignments

Decisions have a major day to day impact onarea of responsibility

Creating functional requirements as an input to application design

Supervising application build, test, and deploy activities

Planning and executing data conversion activities

Driving test planning and execution Job Requirement


At least 5 years of experience implementing and configuring Oracle E-Business Financials applications

3years and more ofexperience in designing, estimating Oracle E-Business suite applications implementation withtwo or more Financial modules

At least 2 years ofexperience as a Manager

CA, Bachelor’s degree and above

Professional Skill Requirements-

Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment

Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

Desire to work in an information systems environment

Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

Excellent leadership and management skills

Preferred Requirements but Not Necessary-

Oracle Projects, Payments, eBusiness Tax

Oracle EBS R12 experience, including Sub Ledger Accounting

Consulting background with recent client facing experience

Recent experience in utilities, oil services, communications, high-tech or equivalent

Experience with other financial related applications - PeopleSoft, Hyperion, Oracle GRC, Oracle CC&B
