Key Responsibilities and bull Assist LOBs i e Group Consumer Banking SME email and 160 protected Corporate and Commercial with Islamic unit trust and banca support to ensure attainment of given IWM targets as the subject matter expert and bull Periodic Reporting and ndash Timely reporting of sales commission AUM and other dashboard as well as regulatory reporting and bull Monthly Commission marketing fees and campaign monitoring and tracking - Reconciliation of commission and marketing fees and bull IWM reporting Mechanism and ndash working with product partners on sales incentives and commission report requirements for respective LOBs and bull To update upload the Banca UT ASNB the required forms documents and marketing materials onto the InAlliance Wealth Management page for use of LOBs as well as keep abreast to current business trends relating to IWM and bull Other duties assigned by supervisor Requirements and bull University College graduate with 3-5 years sales management experience in Wealth Management while preference to those with good knowledge of IWM products and bull Good product analytical skills and ready to support LOBs and bull Good business communication skills and bull Good interpersonal skills and bull Good understanding of policies procedures and regulations related to IWM and bull Good comprehension of business financial drivers relationship management and communication and bull Proficient in MS Excel with good knowledge of data presentation through pivot table etc and bull Strong analytical problem solving and decision making skills with the ability to adapt to fast changes
