Formulates, via intensive and extensive use of data analytics, short- and long-term business strategies to drive business directions; boost market share; improve positioning and propositions

Plans and analyses key performance trends and insights using relevant and meaningful data, ie customer segmentation and profitability, campaign analytics, etcStudies and analyses the customer behaviors and market changes to significantly improve performance outcomes, increase wallet shares and ultimately improving revenue growth for the businessManages and interprets activity/campaign outcomes, ie ensuring that the right channels and pricing models are used for specific target segmentsParticipates in transformation work under AffinityAnalyses revenue, profitability and cost savings opportunities of existing portfolio and future bookings via in-depth understanding of customer, portfolio and transactional behaviors, trends and insightsResearches market conditions, competitors and market alternatives to ensure the Bank remains in the forefront of SME and Commercial propositionsKeeps abreast of market developments with deep understanding for potential applications and benefits to the BankUses business analytics tools to improve the ability to target products and services to the right customer segments and measure customer and product profitability such as Excel, SAS and QlikviewMonitors, extracts, verifies, validates and interprets data to ensure that is reasonably accurate and usable for research and Bank’s businessAnalyzes and interprets data collected using Excel spreadsheet and statistical techniques, summarize and provide insights for business planWrites, imports, exports and executes database SQl scripts for data extractionFacilitates research and analyses on new business opportunities for new and existing customers database to increase cross sell ratio and product penetration with actionable recommendations to business teamSummarizes and interprets statistical results – perform statistical analysis which includes correlation and trend studies for business justificationsEnsures continuous improvements / enhancements in intelligence reportingEnsures the accuracy and correctness of data
