Job Description

Key Tasks & ResponsibilitiesProvides direct support to the Manager in achieving Product Groups revenue budget, through maximizing the revenue opportunities of existing and new client baseProvide expert opinion on product groups and panels to support Sales when selling to engaging the clientsParticipate and support sales pitches, and provide expertise as neededProviding support to the Manager to ensure clients’ renewals are planned on time where requiredManage deliveries and improve relationship with clients during contract durationDeliver presentations/insights to client on regular basis as agreed in the contract (eg. on product and channel dynamics, and competitive trends in the industry)Provide support in client inquiries or requests from the clientsConduct monthly product data quality checkingEnsure reports to clients are delivered on time and according to the frequency subscribed.RequirementsDegree level, preferably in a business/marketing field, sound computer skills especially in the areas of MS Excel and MS PowerPointPreferably working experience in the Home Appliances or IT industryCandidate should preferably have at least 2 years working experience, preferably within customer focused environmentOwn car and willing to travel within Klang Valley area and some regional travellingExcellent written and verbal communication and presentation skillsSound analytical skills and the ability to interpret research data accuratelyStrong business sense and entrepreneurial spiritTeam player and willing to learn
