Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIESTo liaise with distributor on the external events.Processing events application from distributor.To assist for internal company events.Assist in preparing the events operation checklist.Assist to liaise with Hotels for events venue.Prepare and submit report after events conducted.Ensure neat and accurate documentation.EXPERIENCE / SKILL REQUIREMENTCandidate must possess Bachelor s Degree, Professional Degree, Marketing or equivalent.Must be able to Read and Speak in Mandarin in order to handle distributor whose native language was Mandarin.Initiative, pleasant personality and able to work independently.Willing to travel outstation.Applicants must be willing to work in Encorp Strand Garden Office,Kota Damansara.
