The Marketing Communications Assistant Manager Manager will work closely with the regional marketing team to plan develop and manage all consumer-facing omni-channel initiatives and e-commerce strategies This role is important to enhance consumer acquisition engagement and retention through continued innovation and elevated brand storytelling across all relevant consumer touch points online in-store and out-of-store Other key responsibilities include Support the regional team in digital content management and media planning as well as preparation of visuals copy check and submission of artwork Print OOH and Digital EDM etc Propose strategic tie-ups collaborations with external parties agencies to execute omni-channel initiatives to meet brand and rsquo s goals and ensure consistency of message touch points and frequency across all channels Be able to share the roadmap and initiatives with agencies when required set goals and drive performance Identify new opportunities and help develop engaging creative and innovative ideas for Marketing Campaigns digital and traditional to be optimized and leveraged across the different retail and communication channels Set up processes and tools to measure KPIs for all digital and non-digital marketing campaigns and recommend improvementsQuickly develop strategies to tap on what and rsquo s trending and talk-able in pop culture social media and influencer landscape Combined with strong consumer focus The Other Requirements Include The ideal candidate should be an experienced marketer with proven track record in driving brand growth in the consumer goods or retail sector We re looking for somebody who can do not just somebody who can talk a good game and relies on agencies to do the hard work so you ll need to be able to stretch yourself from tactical activities to brand strategy Degree with at least 3 years of related marketing experience Passion for Branding and MarketingOutgoing proactive fast-learning independent creative and innovativeStrong functional skill with leadership capabilities and strategic mind Extremely detail-oriented and able to manage multiple prioritiesExperience in Advertising Content PR Editorial Digital Marketing and or Marketing preferably on FMCG or purpose-led brands Required languages Proficiency in spoken and written English mandatoryFluency in Mandarin Bahasa Malaysia are preferred Salary package will commensurate with relevant work experience and qualification
