Preparation of promotion proposals and any other communications to tenants and organizers.To tabulate and maintain proper and accurate record of all marketing expenses incurred.To conduct research and collation of information towards the preparation of the marketing plans.To keep records and documents of every project and activity filed in a secure, tidy and easily accessible manner.To coordinate with relevant departments on promotional and publicity requirements.To liaise and coordinate effectively with key publics for assigned promotional events.To monitor set-up and dismantling works to ensure promotional guidelines are adhered to.To be in attendance as and when required during the actual event.To be punctual and to coordinate effectively while on duty assignments on weekends.To perform all duties in accordance with the quality of work and standards set for the department.To perform any other job assignments as and when required.
A Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration,or other relevant qualification.At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Marketing or equivalent.Good written and spoken communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.Candidate specializing in retail/ merchandise or equivalent will be an added advantage.Meticulous, team oriented and able to work independently.Good interpersonal communication skills.Ability to adapt to changes and work under minimum supervision.Full-Time position available.
