Job Description

Responsibilities





Interact with clients and prospective clients, anticipate their needs and follow through with exceptional services





Work with other teams internally to enhance our company’s aftersales operational workflow





Manage the matching of clients and facilitate the scheduling of dates appointments





Facilitate inquiries from clients as well as assist in other administrative and ad-hoc duties





Improve matching process, increase efficiency





Provide training and coaching to the team





Manage and motivating team members for their performance





Introduce new initiatives for improving date tracking system





Requirements





Minimally a Diploma in any field





Comfortable speaking over the phone for liaison and coordination work





Possess strong interpersonal skills



Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin/Cantonese due to nature of job (supporting other regions outside Malaysia Hong Kong)



At least 2 years' client service experience with interaction through various channels eg email/phone/social media/face-to-face





1 year of experience in managing remote and local teams





Preferably 1-2 years working experience working in a B2C environment in the Hong Kong market
