Achieves sales target both in products and number of customers as per monthly and quarterly plan and increase sales of existing customers.
Makes itineraries and daily activities report of what has been done and how much sales achieved on that day.
Responsible for providing excellent customer service to doctors, hospitals, private clinics and specialists.
Reports on competitors’ activities and market situation.
Expands and penetrates the market with both new and existing products.
Promotes product through good product knowledge and honest and appropriate way of use of promotional materials i.e. samples.
Informs superiors of customers’ requests or result of those requests or complaints and inform customers on result of those requests or complaints.
Keeps good relation with the personnel of principal, the customers and colleagues.
Reviews regularly the master list and recommends customers for addition and/or deletion.
Submits all required reports.
Degree/Diploma in Science, Chemistry, Pharmacy/Pharmacology, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
1 - 2 years experience in sales, preferably from Pharmaceutical, OTC, orany otherhealthcare related industries.
Highly self-motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Candidates must be willing to work in Johor
Must possess a valid driving license.
Extensive product and sales training will be provided.
