Requirements:
MinimumOne (1) year working exprience in Medical Hospital Sales (OR setting)in related field.Candidate must possess own car with a valid driving license.Hardworking,ability to travel outstation is a must. Occasional work on weekends and work extra hours when necessary.Able to work in hospital operating theatre environment.Good interpersonal skills, proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.Reliable, responsible. Willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges independently, with minimal supervision.At least tertiaryqualificationsor equivalent.

Job Responsibilities:
Attend procedures (surgeries) on time, provide appropriate technical advice to surgeons in Surgery, support and train scrub nurses on-site during procedure with technical knowledgeon how to effectively use our products in performing the procedure successfully.Promote range of company's medical/surgical products to our customers in hospitals. Achieve monthly sales targets set by the company in given territory through effective sales call planning and territory management.Organize product presentations, live demonstrations, and workshopsto potential customers in the hospitals.Establish and maintainstrong technical poduct knowledge and procedural know-how at all times, in order to provide on going technical support and meet tailored made needs of various customers.Develop and maintain close relationships with customers for sales growth opportunity.Create new customers and expand existing customer base to increase sales revenue and profitability growth for the company.Submit in a timely manner any required reports, paper work, and administrative tasks.Commit to travel when the need arises.

A special incentive from WSM MEDIC

a) We pay ‘Attend Case/Surgery’ incentive – each case/Surgery attended incentive is up to RM100.00. (our top sales rep can attend 3 cases in a day).

b) Our sales reps generallyearn RM1,200.00 – RM3,000.00 in “Attend Case” incentive alone each month. The best thing is, ‘Attend Case’ incentive is a stand-alone incentive, in addition to monthly sales commission. payout will not be affected even if monthly sales target is not achieved.

c) Commission Scheme – our payouts starts from 80% achievement of sales target:
• At 80% - commisssion is 1.75% of monthly sales target.
• At 100% - commission is 2.3% of monthly sales target.
• At 120% or above (no Cap./maximum) – commission is 3.1% of monthly sales target.

d) Opportunity of “Roll-Back” system – there is a chance to get back commision ‘missed’ in previous months if yearly total sales target is met at end of the year.

e) We pay Weekend Allowance of RM100.00 per day for working on weekends, op top of existing incentives and commissions.

Our young sales reps (average aged 23-30) who achieved their sales targets generally taking home monthly gross income ranging from RM6,000 – RM12,000.

On the months that they do not achieved sales target, they are still able to gross about RM4,000 to RM6,000 based on ‘attend case’ incentives.

Many of our sales reps’ incentive & commission earnings are 1 to 2 folds of their basic salary.
