process ie retrieve onboarding details, advise how to manage menu updates and work with the

Production team to refine and hone our processes Go and above and beyond to ensure smooth

Key Responsibilities
You will handhold the restaurants throughout their Go-Live process, keeping them engaged and tackle any issues they might have, until they are ready to be handed over to our account management teamYou will act as the liaison between restaurant and photography team - scheduling shoots and ensuring both parties are satisfiedYou will help restaurants become fully comfortable with our processes and systems so that they can make the most out of their new partnership with GrabFoodYou will need to provide excellent restaurant support throughout the onboarding processYou will manage the inventory and distribution of merchant equipments and promotional itemsManage a portfolio of F&B merchants with a focus on building lasting relationshipsAnalyze data and drive initiatives to improve the market’s performanceWork together with other teams in GrabFood to ensure smooth end-to-end operationsResolve F&B merchants’ day-to-day issues, from operations to finance to customer supportHustle, have fun, get creative, and love food!Provide periodic feedback to the team and maintain a continuous improvement cultureComplete weekly operational tasks in a timely mannerArrange meet-up sessions with merchant to understand their issues, and to seek ideas for improvementAny other duties assigned to you by your Supervisor
The Must Haves
1-2 years' experience in Account Management, Operations or Customer ServiceFresh Graduates are encouraged to applyAble to converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia Able to converse inMandarin will be an added advantageAbility to think creatively and apply intellectual rigor to solve challenging problemsComputing skills including Excel, Power point, Google Docs, etcMust possess at least Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
