Assist team in all administrative matters which involve a range of multi-tasking responsibilities, coordination, and business development supportOrganise flight details, hotel bookings and travel itinerary for all Malaysia team membersManage large amounts of petty cash moneyKeep track of very important submission dates (eg budget estimates, business plans, etc)Maintain office IT equipment in proper state, including printers, servers, laptopsOrganise conferences/workshops/trainings/meetings as specified by the project responsibleGeneral filing, sorting of mails and faxes, renewal of subscriptionsTranslate documents/articles upon required
Job requirement
1-2 years of PA/Office admin/Secretarial experience requiredExperience managing basic accounting tasks, petty cash management is requiredVery good English, Bahasa Malay and Chinese communication skillsProficiency in MSOffice (Word, Excel, Power Point)Fresh graduates are welcomed
