Job Description


• Administration
- Office daily maintenance
- Office logistics, including management and procurement of office facility and stationery Asset and facility, gifts & product brochure management
- Travel coordination for Chinese colleagues and distributors as requested
- Communicate with International Marketing Dept of the parent company, file and update the office with any latest products / product legal documents, marketing documents, company news and etc; circulating the documents for perusal and approval
- Archive the documents from General Manager and Regional Managers, regarding local distributors, products and marketing, etc
- Assist sales force to follow up the processing status of purchase order
- Organize and participate in exhibitions and fairs
- Timely and accurate operational reports to General Manager
- Team building organization

• Accounting
- Maintain daily accounting; liaise with Finance Dept of HQ
- Collect, process and verify receipts and vouchers submitted by Mindray XXX sales / marketing personnel and service engineers for business travel reimbursement purposes
- Regular liaise with accounting agents

• PR and Liaison
- Coordinate and liaise with government bodies, law firms, logistic companies, travel agencies, telecommunication companies, insurance company, CPA and auditors, etc
- Provide good assistance between distributors/clients and company
- Insurance and claims settlements

• Inventory
- Regular inventory management and inventory control on spare parts and product components in warehouse

• Minimum of3 years administration related experience
• Problem solving and organizational skills are essential, as well as the ability to work effectively under pressure
• Well knowledge of Windows server systems
• Excellent customer service skills and professional telephone manner
• Set-up experience will be preferred
• Own transport
