Job Description

• Managing phone calls, greet and direct visitors appropriately;
• Manage the schedule for all company conference and meeting rooms, ensuring that executive meeting needs are always met;
• Administer all travel arrangements that include air travel and surface transport, lodging for groups and individuals;
• Administer lobby access card and parking season pass;
• Maintain all required documentation tat includes seating charts for office, phone directory (for HQ and centres), upkeeping of all Organization Charts;
• Purchase and maintain the stock levels for office and break room supplies and submit purchase requests to management when necessary (stationaries and pantry items);
• Coordinate the purchase, issuance and stock of centre teammate uniforms;
• Coordinate and plan company social events that take place during and after business hours;
• Liaise with vendors on office maintenance, facilities, equipment, machine, furniture and ensure the safety and cleanliness of the office at all time;
• Maintain and upkeep monthly trackers/reports on admin expenses including travel and lodging arrangement, purchase of office and pantry supplies

• Minimum Diploma in any field;
• Computer literate, proficient in Ms Word, Excel and Powerpoint;
• Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia;
• Good interpersonal and communications skills;
• Positive working attitude, proactive, independent and good teamwork player;
• Self-motivated and multi-tasking, able to work with tight deadlines
