Job Description

Key Responsibilities / Duties -
Attend to residents' complaints, feedbacks & requests on site matters such as(a) receive fault reports & follow up with the service providers for resolving the problems(b) feedback to HOD for decision on residents' feedbacks & requests(c) revert to residents if unable to accede to the requests(d) to investigate/evaluate complaints & resolve the problem within stipulated timelineCoach/supervise subordinates in handling "Operational Tasks" such as(a) application of car access, resident cards, proximity tags for visitor, tutor, etc(b) security procedures (house functions, moving in/out procedure etc)(c) sub-sale procedures & documents(d) attend to residents general complaints, application on renovation, renovation deposit payment, house rules for renovation works before the commencement of works(e) delivery of house key to purchasers(f) to maintain & update information of subsequent owners in WIZ system & fillingPrepare & update reports for Monthly Management Meeting & Power Point slidesPrepare notices on Township matters & compile curculars to owners/residentsParticipate & prepare minutes of the meeting ie security coordination, WIZ System coordination,e-billing system & any other sites meetingsParticipate in ISO audit - implementation & maintain ISO procedures requirements & standardsTo register new service providers/suppliers in ASL as per ISO proceduresParticipate in Township AuditTo obtain quotations from service providers for comparisons & prepare management recommendation report for approvalsPrepare documents for HOD & GM approvalsTo participate in organizing clubhouse/community activities & eventsTo undertake other duties as directed by the management
Requirements -
Candidate must possess a Diploma holder or above in Property Management or equivalentRequired skill(s) - able to speak in english & bahasa melayu, computer literate, able to interact with all levels, driving license is requiredRequired language(s) Bahasa Malaysia, EnglishAt least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this positionPreferably Non-Executives specializing in Property/Real Estate or equivalentHaving knowledge of Strata Title Act
