Job Description

FUNCTIONS:

Assist and support in pre and post of trainings in an effective, charismatic and passionate way that optimizes the impact of the training and ensure learning has occurredMonitor, evaluate and record training activities for program effectivenessProvide a wide range of competency-based trainings to develop employees. Areas of responsibilities include :Update channel profiles on latest content and product information to cover and support daily essential work-related skillArrange for specialized training from content and business partners: HBO, FOX, Celestial, Warner Brothers, Disney etcTranslation of training modules and scriptingSource and work with training vendors, event management and training venues in accordance with company policies & processesClose working relationship with Team Managers on training requirements and processesAssist to arrange incentive trips and conventions to achieve learning objectivesCompile and create employee training hours

DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION
Using WhatsApp as an internal team communication tool to disseminate latest information on latest products, contents and highlights reaching SWAT, Pre Emptive and Winback TeamDesign & develop structured training & materials through E-Learning platform made accessible to the workforce throughout the day

QUALITY ASSURANCE
Close working relationship with QA Managers and Team Managers to generate monthly report on audit findings

ADMINISTRATION
Support, organize and manage administrative supports from medium to big scale trainings, workshop, conventions, teambuilding, incentive trips etcMaintain a systematic filing of training materialsMinutes of meetings / briefingsCompile and create employee dataTravel and accommodation arrangementsOther related general administration duties

Requirements:-
Posses at least a Diploma / professional certUnderstanding the mechanics of Sales & MarketingMinimum 1 year or more experience in office management, administrative support, traningExperience in QA will be an advantage
