Close working relationship with QA Managers and Team Managers to generate monthly report on audit findings
Support, organize and manage administrative supports from medium to big scale trainings, workshop, conventions, teambuilding, incentive trips etcMaintain a systematic filing of training materialsMinutes of meetings / briefingsCompile and create employee dataTravel and accommodation arrangementsOther related general administration duties
