Job Description1. Maintained uninterrupted supply stream for multiple sites, monitoring inventory levels and product change notifications daily- Manage and co-ordinate with 3PL for on-time receiving / shipping of our products and maintained optimum customer service.- Managed all logistics / customer service functions for inbound and outbound activities together with 3PL.- Develop, standardise and implemented lean processes to improve procedural room procurement and logistics performance.- Monitored shipping and receiving logistics to assure OEM compliance with timeline and fill rate.- Participated in all Quality Audits for Material Scheduling, Shipping and Logistics tracking.2. Process of Order Fulfillment- Handled numerous problems around the logistics of delivery, customs, country requirements and borders issues.- Developed logistics and transportation solutions that contained costs, improved service and stimulated company sales.3. Identify and Monitor Return Management Processes- Activities associated with product returns, reverse logistics, gatekeeping and avoidance are managed within the firm and across key members of the supply chain and 3PL. E.g: Market Return & Product Rehygiene.- Monitor and implementation of this process enables management able to manage the reverse product flow efficiently, and identify opportunities to reduce unwanted returns to achieve competitive advantage.4. Improved interpersonal communication skills and administrative management abilities to fix issue using solutions of own making and analyze performance.- Developing a thorough cost-to-serve understanding, be able to make decisions which improve the profitablity of those customers and products.- Learn about each supply chain area in a pragmatic way, using real-world problem-solving and relatable examples of commonly made mistakes to improve personal supply chain skills.Job RequirementsCandidate must possess at least Bachelor s Degree in Business or Supply Chain Management.Minimum 2-3 years of supply chain experience.Computer literate and advance in Microsoft Excel.Experience and knowledgable in WMS system.Meticulous and detail-oriented.Possess strong analytical and organization skills.Good interpersonal and communication skills to work with people at all levels.Good problem-solving skill.Proactive, a good team player and able to work independently.
