Key responsibilities :To provide correct business leadership to a group of Outlet Managers/Supervisors to ensure financial targets are met & business operations as per standard.To keep in check all inventory variances, waste, expired, absolote are manage properly, reported & dealt on time.To support & take up new outlets when required for company expansion.Monitor sales performances & make plans to achieve positive sales growth.Actively participate in marketing activities including Local Store Marketing (LSM) thru planning & execution.Ensure all outlets are well maintained to deliver the brand promise in terms of People, Products, Place, Procedure & Presentation (Service).To ensure all customers complaints are dealt with prompt action, meet the dateline, investigated & corrective action been taken.Monitor & control all expenses & cost within budget / target given by company.Requirements :Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.Required language(s):Bahasa Malaysia, EnglishAt least 3Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Required Skill(s): MS Office, People Management, Analytical Skills, Good Interpersonal Skills, Problem Solving, Cost Conscious, People Orientated, Sales Orientated & Good Communication Skills.Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.Good business sense.Experienced in managing numbers of outlets is advantage.Posses own transport & willing to travel.
