Job Description


• Undertaking the investigation and analysis of user disputed transactions
• Maintain a strong working knowledge of numerous operating systems (ie banking, credit/debit processing system, fraud monitoring software, web and PC software applications, etc) and industry regulations (ie MasterCard, VISA, compliance and legal entities, etc)
• Process and perform adjustments for customer disputes using internal systems The process requires ongoing analysis, review and understanding of rules as set forth by the card associations and regulators
• Review reports for possible fraudulent activity and proactively contact customers and management regarding suspicious activity to minimize losses and customer impact
• Manage daily operational processes and supervising the entire operational process
• Provides administrative & functional support as well as technical troubleshooting
• To assist in development and implementation of operational policies, procedures, processes and guidelines
• Manage reporting and metrics of process progression and delivery
• To handle and investigate any complaints relevant to matter involved
• To handle all adhoc matters and tasks as maybe assigned by the Director from time to time


• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/ Graduate diploma, bachelor’s degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business studies /Administration/ Management or equivalent
• At least minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field Preferably Managers / Senior Executive specializing in the retail business
• Must be very flexible, responsible, work well under pressure and able to handle hectic work, work schedules
• Must be problem solving skills, planning and organizing
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Good communication skills – English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
• Computer literate and well versed with knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Willingly to travel outstation when necessary
• Possess own transport with valid license
