Job Purpose
To assist Operations Head in achieving branch operational targets by actively managing and executing policies and strategies in the Operations Department, focussing on Customer Service and Claims sections

About The Job
Customer Service and ClaimsTo assist Operations Head in overseeing the Customer Service and Claims functionsTo work together with the current Customer Service staff to ensure that applications are correctly and accurately processed within the turnaround timeResponsible to work with GELS Customer Service and Claims Department to resolve complicated casesActs as a relief during Customer Service’s lunch hour, peak times and leaveHandles all customers and Life Planners queriesCheck application forms, prepares documents and sends to GELS for processingPrepare letters to policyholders for all transactionsProcesses change of survival benefit option and payment modeStrategic Operations Planning and ReportingSupport the Operations Head in developing, implementing and reviewing processesMonitor and oversee both GELB and GELS turnaround time for loans, surrenders, withdrawal of survival benefits and claimsMonitor and oversee tracking done for submitted claims and paid out for AMBD quarterly reportingAny other duties as assigned by Operations Head

Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a DiplomaRequired language(s)Mandarin, English, Bahasa MalaysiaAt least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this positionApplicants must be willing to work in AmpangPreferably Junior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalentMultiple Full-Time position(s) available
