Oversee the smooth running of the office

Handle credit control function including collecting payment, generating statement of accounts, sending reminders and other necessary follow-up steps

Assist in data entry such as issuing invoices and entering collections into the accounting system (MYOB) in a timely manner

Manage HR responsibilities including orientation of new staff, manage payroll including claims, submit documents to LHDN for new employees, handle tax clearance for terminated employees, year-end tax forms, and monitor staff’s punctuality and discipline

Liaise with accountant, auditor, tax agent, company secretary, government departments and agencies

Assist in operation issues and general administrative duties such as maintaining and reordering of office supplies and refreshments, ensure operation of office equipment by coordinating repairs and maintenance, and other general office upkeep and maintenance

Perform the role of a personal assistant to the director

Ensure proper filing of documents, both physically and online

Implement proper tracking and documentation on movement of assets

Assist in handling inbound mails, phone calls and social media enquiries

Assist in creating user manuals/tutorials/training for the company’s software

Assist in the planning and operation of pre-event, during and post-event of exhibitions

Carry out any other duties or function as may be assigned



Requirements



Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent



Good verbal and written communication skills



Required language(s)English, Bahasa Malaysia Knowledge of Mandarin would be an advantage

At least 3Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

Required Skill(s) MS Office

Preferably Senior Executive, mature, confident, resourceful and able to interact with others at all levels
