Job descriptionMissionSupervise and ensure state of the art operations for Inbound Outbound Reprocessing department Core responsibilitiesUnderstand the coarse middle and fine sort processes of the sortation centre Implement critical scans of shipments Ensures that all bulky shipments and non-conveyable are properly volumetric computed using electronic scales Ensures and implements correct bagging processes Ensure clear segregation of shipments by 3PLs Ensure that all unused bags are properly discarded and inverted Report all cases of mis-sorts mis-routes and implement correction actions to prevent recurrence Conducts shift handing taking over briefing sessionsProvide management with end of day shift handover information Maintains staff job results by coaching counselling and disciplining employees planning monitoring and appraising job results Job Requirements Skills and ExperiencesCandidate must possess at least a Primary Secondary School SPM and quot O and quot Level Higher Secondary STPM and quot A and quot Level Pre-U Diploma Advanced Higher Graduate Diploma Logistic Transportation Commerce or equivalent At least 4 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Logistics Supply Chain or equivalent Working hour shift basisExperience in Express industry will be and added advantages
