Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary with relevant experience or tertiary educationRequired skill (s) MS Office and understand Accounting SystemRequired language(s) Bahasa Malaysia, English Ability to speak other languange an advantageApplicants must be willing to work in Connaught Avenue , CherasAt least 1 year(s) of working experience in Purchasing / Inventory / Material & Warehouse Management or equivalentHave a good organizational skill including the abilty to plan, prioritize tasks , able to work under pressureHave a good working attitude and willing to learnComputer literate and familiar in using Systems in supporting bussiness operationFamiliar with bussiness / accounting management flow eg Purchase Order (PO), Sales Order (SO), Goods Return Note (GRN), Delivery Orders (DO), Invoice, etcAbilty to start work immediatey wolud be an advantageKnowledge of Simbiz Software would be an added advantage2 Full-time immediate position (s) available

Job Responsibilties

Process documentation ie prepare quotation, orders, profroma invoices etcTo plan monitor and update delivery statutus of items purchasedManage and keep track of stock level and inventoryMonitor and ensure all goods received to meet the standard requirements and speficationFollow up orders/ quotationMaintain proper record keeping including systematic filingPrepare monthly reports as required for management reportingPrepare the comparison of requested item, sourcing, negotiate and recommend the best optionHandle incoming calls & respond to customer questions and requests, resolve complaints, and escalate issues as neededProvide administrative support for purchasing & other ad-hoc tasks by management
