Job Description

Responsibilities:



To handle all order booking for regional offices.

Perform order in an efficient timely and accurate manner.

Responsible for inventory control (stocks, office stationary etc) are replenished accordingly.

Communicate efficient and handle the problem with supplier if got emergency case.

Communicate with our Taiwan HQ for order booking.

Ensure all documents are kept and maintained in a safe custody.

Any other job related duties as assigned by the manager.



Requirements:



Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diplomain any field.

At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.

Required language(s): Mandarin, English

Required Skill(s): excel

Able to start work immediately
