Job Description

The main purpose of this role is to assure operational excellence via risk management and project management of unparalleled quality, in compliance with company’s QMS. This is an office-based operations management job with occasional requirement to travel for coordination meetings with clients.

In doing so the Operations Executive is expected to be:

Excellent communicator with pleasant charisma as the dedicated and reliable primary point of contact between the staffs and clientsEfficient and methodical in resource optimization and allocation planningDetailed and vigilant in reviewing documents submitted for approval with initiative to secure all necessary approvals timelyAdequately equipped with professional experience in firsthand client managementResourceful and flexible in local sourcing of tools and accessories as specified in product manuals.Technically inclined to grasp technical requirements communicated by clients to meet project specificationsAdaptable to dynamic shifts of work schedule and scope prioritizationHighly initiative in communicating and escalating operation issues to management in a traceable and effective mannerProficient in generating structured and comprehensive reports in accordance to company’s reporting systemAble to work effectively in a team and respond cooperatively to the requirements of other team membersPerform other administrative duties as necessary
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management / Operations Excellence / Engineering or any other equivalent technical education backgroundDiploma holder with minimum 3 years of project management / operations job experience will be consideredMedical report for certification of physical fitness and drug-free screeningProfessional level of computer literacyExcellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
Other Attributes:
Technical work experience is an advantageLiteracy (spoken & written) in English, Malay and Chinese / a third language to communicate with varied pool of client is an advantageGood interpersonal skills with enthusiasm for continuous improvementAmbitious optimist, strategic realist with undying desire to continuously learn new skills
