Job Description

MAIN DUTIES



Develop and ensure policies and procedures in line with regulatory requirement To ensure the branches is adhere to internal regulation for smooth operations in department and branches

Supportthe system administration of all internal systems and 3rd party payment systems (excluding SWIFT)

To develop and maintain relationship with internal and external stakeholders including retail branches, other department, development center and suppliers

To ensure daily system integrity checks are carried out and any issues promptly investigated and managed until resolve

To support retails braches and other department as required, are provided and problem resolutions are delivered in a timely manner

To develop the Annual Key Performance Indicator (KPI) for operations team

To develop operational training to retail branches staff for refresher and current knowledge in operation activities

To maintain operations excellence relationship with retail and other departments to ensure improvement and initiative approach are executed in an efficient and effective manner

To ensure and monitor treasury processes according to company business requirement

To produce operational report, analyze data, summarize findings, including making recommendation based on findings to General Manager

To ensure and manage the reconciliation of branches transaction and CIT is tally and properly record accordingly



Job Requirement



Strong writing and verbal skills;

Advanced knowledge of MS Office;

High attention to detail and strict work ethics

Excellent research, problem-solving and negotiation skills;

In depth knowledge of foreign exchange industry;

Identify operational gaps and system requirement and propose improvements or solutions

Avert uncessary risks by conducting pre-audits of branches

Establish efficient stock management across the branch network

Minimum of 5 years experience in operations or other related areas in the money services industry
