Provide training to new hiresDeveloping and updating training program and materialsEvaluate team performance through methodical quality assurance progressPerform relevant analysis to compile information and provide report for contact analyticsAnalyse and monitor website performance and contents to ensure best experience for customersProvide feedback to management to ensure best performance for the productSupporting workforce management
Requirement
Diploma / Degree in any fieldPossess at least 1 year or more team lead / supervisor experience in call centre environmentExperience in content management / digital platform will be added advantageProficiency in Tamil / Hindi / Mandarin is a plus due to support to India / China / HK regionsLocal applicants only2 vacancies available
