To Conduct Business Process study within multiple industries specially pertaining to finance and purchasing departments in order to understand complex customer requirements
To propose best practices and future business process model based on Oracle’s recommended practices to achieve stakeholders expectations
To Prepare Project Relation Documentation Required regularly
Managing key customer contacts for a successful delivery of the proposed solution
Setting up configuration in Oracle ERP System and testing the configuration based on the documents or as recommended
Continuous upgrading of skills by taking trainings regularly for better performance and being relevant
Work closely with the Project Managers and Technical team members for total solution delivery
Participation in team building exercises
Imparting training to the juniors from time to time as suggested by the management
Accountability of timely delivery of the solution to the customer following the provided guidelines of the management
Flexibility to work on multiple projects/assignments at a time be it implementation or maintenance support work
Should be open to work with Govt/Public Sector as well as commercial sector related customers

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree, Master's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, Finance/Accountancy/Banking,Ie ACCA/ACA from a reputed university/college or equivalent
Nice to have- Prior knowledge of some IT tools Ie MS Excel, MS Word etc and some software development methodology Knowledge or working experience on any ERP or business applications or Oracle certifications would be highly desirable along with decent/fluent communication skills
Must to Have- Right Attitude, Acumen of understanding and willingness to learn also understanding and role of Finance department in an Organization
