Job Description

We are looking for someone to be responsible for the full spectrum of Learning & Development related functions for the assigned Business Units/Functional Groups Besides that, you will be in charge or coordination and implementation of talent and successor identification, assessment, development and deployment for the assigned Business Units/Functional Groups

Roles & Responsibilities
Act as a business partner for the designated Business Units and/or Functional Groups and support the development of the Group’s Learning & Talent policies and initiativesWork with various key stakeholders to analyze learning and development needs that are critical to deliver business objectives, design, develop, implement relevant initiatives and evaluate effectiveness accordinglyDesign, develop and deliver competency-based learning curriculum in line with the Group’s Leadership Competency FrameworkLead the development and implementation of relevant initiatives/projects in collaboration with Group HR Functional Heads, internal/external subject matter experts etcCoordinate, track and review the implementation of training plan, budget and/or specific initiatives/projectsCoordinate and administer the implementation and management of talent identification and development initiatives to ensure its effectiveness in engaging, developing and retaining talents for the assigned Business Units and/or Functional Groups (if any)
Qualification & Requirements
A degree (any discipline) from a recognized universityMinimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development specialising in instructional design (analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation) and training deliveryExperience in engaging and influencing various key stakeholders to identify and implement relevant interventions and/or projects (including L&D) in alignment with business strategiesExperience in implementation of talent and successor identification, assessment, development and deployment would be an added advantage
