To manage and ensure smooth operation of the overall of pastry department

To manage the staff schedule, training, developing, coaching and counselling, conducting reviews

To perform and maintain day to day hygiene inspection in both productions area and personnel decorum

Decorate cake and baked goods according to the company Sop rules & Regulations

Adhere to all standard of food presentation, production and portioning controls

To ensure positive & professional working environment throughout the kitchens and upholding all culinary standards

To minimize the wastage and spoilage of ingredients

Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management



Job Requirements



Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Others or equivalent

At least 5Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

Preferably Manager specialized in Central Kitchen

Passion to cook and willing to learn

Good communication skills and positive attitude

Able to work in a team
