Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Deal with enquiries to provide non-clinical advice and information on clinic servicesUpdate patient registration information and process medical records in accordance with standard operating procedures or instructions from the SupervisorLiaise with medical staff and patients in making appointments across different specialities available within the organisationAssist doctors and nurses in basic clinical tasks to ensure a high level of operational efficiencyCollate laboratory and radiology results for doctor review and follow up according to doctor instructionTo perform daily billing management and ensure all transaction are tally with the taking before closing accounts
Job Requirements
Minimum ‘O’ Level/ Diploma in any disciplines with 1 – 2 years of working experience in clinic settingsAbility to multi-task and work in team55 work daysYou must be able to commit to shift/weekends/PH and staggered hours
