Job Description

Position PurposeTo support shared services payment related activities and process with high quality and productivity for Malaysia and Singapore market.Principal AccountabilitiesIn addition to following McDonald’s policies and procedures, principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to:Core Accounting/Administrative :-Follow the procedure strictly to complete simple daily operation task according to the Service Level Agreement requirement.To perform weekly payment run and all its related tasks timely and accurately.To check all manual payment requests, such as manual cheque requisition, foreign currency payment, utilities, business licence renewals, etc, are complete and correct before processing payment.To liaise with requesters on any discrepancies or incompleteness of the manual payment supporting.To ensure all manual payment requests are completed timely and accurately on weekly basis.To handle functional mailbox by ensuring all inbound emails are attended to within the SLA requirement.To perform vendor recon.Highlight to immediate superior on any irregularities observed from the payment requests received.Coordinate with the relevant parties for token approvals (payment authorization).Maintain proper filing of payment documents and records.Handle all other ad-hoc payment related tasks as and when required by the superior from time to time.Assist in administrative and scanning tasks from time to time.Support audit requests (statutory audit, special audits, etc) on timely basis.Requirement: -Degree Holder in Finance/Accounting/Business/Business Administration or any others related field with understanding of principles of finance, bookkeeping and accounting.Minimum 1 years of experience in the field.Attention to detail.Ability to complete work on schedule.Ability to work under pressure and handle high business volume.Good problem solving skills.Effective communication skill.Good excel skillTeam player and have ability to work independentlyFluent in both Bahasa and EnglishExperience with SSC environment will be an added advantage.Ability to initiate business process and system enhancement will be an advantage.
