Job Descriptions :
Provide support to Director for all areas including secreterial duties, personal admin, and confidential matters
Make sure Director is prepared with materials required for every meetings
Schedule appointments and meetings in a timely manner
Screen and handle emails, phone calls, enquiries, and requests appropriately
Providing date and research work whenever necessary
Coordinate travel managements (book flights, accomodations, transportations, etc)
