Candidate must possess at least Diploma Advanced Higher Graduate Diploma in Business Studies Administration Management Secretarial or equivalent Good conduct in both communication and written in English Mandarin and Cantonese Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin cantonese speaking clients At least 3Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position Required Skills Microsoft Office SQL Google Drive or other cloud computing accounts software Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Secretarial Executive and Personal Assistant and above Experience in Customer service would be at advantage Job Scope To provide adminstrative and secretarial duties client manageent and business support to the Director and perform a wide variety of secretarial duties that are confidential in nature Assist in scheduling of event related to business and personal To organise and manage confidential documents records and maintain a systematic filing for ease of record with data entry and retrieval Able to multitask independent and able to work under minimum supervision including working at home with regular meeting every 2-3 days Manage and maintaining company accounts and work closely with accountants on monthly accounts closing requirements Be a driver to Directors occasionally
