Job Description

To assist the day-to-day operations of the HR and general office administration.

Liaise with solicitors on all matters relating to corporate agreement.

In-charge of training claims submission and correspondence to HRDF.

Compose and prepare correspondence, reports, memo, agenda and meeting minutes.

To assist in HR projects, compliance and management reporting.

Assist/handle any ad hoc assignment as required by Management.


Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Secretarial or equivalent.

At least 3 - 5 year(s) of working experience in related field is required for this position.

Good command of written and Spoken English & Mandarin is a MUST as you will need to prepare agenda and minutes taking in meetings.

Strong administration, organising and coordination/follow up skills.

Able to maintain confidentiality at all times.
