Job Description

Job Responsibilities -To provide administrative services including diary management meeting bookings planning events organising travel and preparing travel itineraries correspondence and prioritising emails to the Chief Executive Officer CEO To handle all aspects of personal works of CEO To work closely with the CEO and his senior management team through regular correspondence arrange meetings and prepare briefing materials To keep CEO well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities following up appropriately To follow up the completion of departmental work plans and implementing organisational projects and programmes To act as a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO and rsquo s office and internal departments demonstrating high integrity to maintain credibility trust and support with senior management staff To act as Petty Cash custodian To take care CEO and rsquo s office To take care Directors and rsquo office To perform as Document Control unit representative and maintain accurate records and files To perform as Receptionist and to screen phone calls enquiries and handle appropriately To handle Admin Department and rsquo s related matters To handle Legal Department and rsquo s related matters under instruction from CEO To handle Company Secretarial Department and rsquo s related matters To assist Human Resources Department and rsquo s related matters To assist IT Department and rsquo s related matters To assist Procurement Department and rsquo s related matters To handle Policies and Procedures Department and rsquo s related matters To assist on Group related companies and rsquo related matters To assist on Finance and Accounts Department and rsquo s related matter and To undertake any other assignments assigned by CEO and Board of Directors as and when required Requirements -Candidate must possess at least Bachelor s Degree Professional Degree holder or Professional Certificate in Personal Assistant Secretary or equivalent Required languages English Bahasa Malaysia Mandarin At least 5Years of working experience with similar capacity or equivalent Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Secretarial or Personal Assistant or equivalent Required Skills Microsoft Office Outlook Power Point One Drive Possess a positive attitude able to work independently meticulous and good analytical skills Able to perform multitasking good management skills with a strong sense of responsibility commitment and discipline Dynamic and high sense of integrity Possess own transport Applicants must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya Selangor and Full time position available
