Job Description

Responsibilities:Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Director;Manage and maintain the Director’s diary and correspondence;;Coordinate travel and accommodation requirements in connection with others and ensure arrangements in place for the Director match his requirement;Follow up works & paper works such as handling leasing documents, applying work visa for the director & etc.;Undertake any other duties as requested by the DirectorRequirements:Ideally educated to Diploma or Degree level with minimum 3 years relevant experience;Creative, initiative, self confidence;Must be proficient in English. Secretarial or legally trained & strong in administrative is preferable.;Must possessown transport;Maintain strict confidentality and interact with all level of people.If you have what it takes to land a job, please submit your resume.
