Core Job responsibilities:• Reports directly to Managing Director and provide full secretarial and administrative support from time to time.• Should serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining personal and company.• Equipped with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balanced among multiple priorities.• Handling office tasks such as filling, generating reports and presentations and sourcing for clients interested in yachting in a systematic manner.• Handle Yacht charter’s inquiry and prepare quotation.• Assist administrative support to brand marketing managers such as producing marketing brochures and presentations.• Assist and perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.Positions Requirement:• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Secretarial studies / Business administration / Management / Marketing / Mass communication or equivalent.• Required skill(s): Be familiar with Microsoft software such as Word, Excel, Power Point, good interpersonal skills, willingness to learn about boating industry, good communication skill, independent, fast learner, self-motivated and a team player.• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin as you may need to liaise with mandarin speaking customers due to our company is liaising with China counterpart.• Applicant must be willing to work in Straits Quay.• Enjoy water sports & love for the sea.
