Why does this job exist and why is it critical

The Pricing Analytics’ responsibility is to analyze and recommend price positions by customer segments, region and vertical industries based on learning’s from previous campaigns, product launches and customer cases. The position is also responsible to develop a solid business modeling and financial model to evaluate the differentiated pricing to maximize opportunities for the Company.

What are you accountable for

Bring data and analytics to support pricing decisions, helping to proactively recommend pricing opportunities based on customer segment approachEmploy analytical and qualitative approach for differentiated pricing by segment specific to drive higher gross addsHelp drive the execution of regional/vertical pricing in partnership with regional/vertical pricing teams to ensure appropriate level of price consistencyOptimize revenue and profit by identifying pricing actions that encourage higher sale values, conversion rates, margin rates, and customer satisfaction in each customer segmentDevelop and maintain pricing tools (for example: elasticity of demand calculators) and profitability models for specific customer segment.Regular engagement with business stakeholders in planning of revenue, usage and churn campaigns.Price benchmark, competitor alert and evaluate changes in competitor pricing and conduct its impact on existing base by segment, region and verticals
What do you need to have for this role

Bachelor’s Degree specializing in Statistics, Finance and Mathematics.Total of 8-10 years of relevant pricing and business analysis experience or similar capacity.Excellent and sound knowledge in business modeling.Knowledge in Telco products and services, marketing, business & financial analysis are required.Able to work independently with good communication and presentation skills.Able to perform under pressure in a challenging environment and a team player.
