Job Description

Manages and improves the end-2-end operations between Units and the Shared Service Centre (SSC) for one or more KONE Way processes Leads and develops his or her team of team leads, process specialists and agents Implements SSC operational strategy, global processes and solutions Develops the SSC role, scope and service proposition for his/her process area in line with the KONE Way Roadmap In addition

Process Manager, HR Services - Manages teams for one or more processes Focuses on policy and strategy implementation and control through the successful leadership of people Ensures operational excellence and quality with expertise, stable and committed resources

Manages operations from the SSC to the unit in line with KONE, unit-specific and SSC objectives



Maintains a strong working relationship with

The Unit management team, acting as second level of escalation after the team lead

The Unit, Area and Global level process owners, solution owners and business controllers

Coordinates the development, maintenance and contribution of in-depth knowledge of a process, solution and the related operations, both in SSC and up- & down-stream in the Unit

Manages people and projects with SSC, implements strategy, changes and highlights areas of development

Develops and coaches the team leads in managing their process agents

Leads by example, strives for high results and unit satisfaction

Responsible for optimizing operations

Has a comprehensive understanding of the business requirements and the KONE Way (process, solutions and organization) across several Process Areas

Drives SSC Operational Excellence by evaluating, developing and recommending the process improvements to increase service levels, and to enhance internal and external customer service and satisfaction

Ensures the positive adoption of new solutions and ways of working in his or her team

Maintains a network of stakeholders

In the Global SSC Network for process and solution knowledge and SSC Operations

With the KONE Way Process Network on Global and Area level

With the Management team on Unit & Area level – maintains regular follow-up and runs more formal Service Management Reviews

Ensures the acceptance and successful implementation of the SSC scope and solutions with KONE Area Management and the Units



Entry-level requirements



Minimum 6 years of leadership experinece in HR Shared Services

Must have Team handling experience

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degreein any field

Good spoken and written command of English skills

Wokday experienec is added advantage

Equivalent experience in the relevant field (Minimum 5 years working experience with financial transactions, master data and/or order/contract management and billing)
