Job Description

About the Finance Advisory Analyst role:

In this product advisory heavy role, you will be responsible providing effective leadership and direction to a portfolio of Finance Advisory teams to deliver timely and accurate financial product services and sub-ledger reconciliations to the countries across APAC, EMEA and NAM with service level agreement.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify, analyze, respond to and track issues arising from operations or customers.
  • Work towards driving down ticket queries by enhancing system integration, recommending and implementing permanent solutions to recurring incidents.
  • Understand customer requirements, defining and prioritizing features, and then working with the operations team for execution.
  • Work within product team to continuously improve user and customer experience as well as to create future opportunities.
  • Manage escalations from business stakeholders with the primary objective of achieving optimal product and service delivery, by coordinating and partnering with internal and external (vendor) teams.
  • Support governance calls with various functions and vendors to build and maintain an effective working relationship in achieving alignment on business goals and strategy.
  • Propose the SSC Finance Catalogue scope of services and act as an advisor to the services offered.
  • Provides quality customer service and collaborate with all streams in the SSC.
  • Constantly review, signoff and maintain accurate and up to date SOPs and reference materials
  • Reviews workflow and procedures to close service gap to ensure productivity.

To succeed in the Finance Advisory Analyst role, you will need to be able to analyze, develop and implement resource plans and sustainable backup planning to meet agreed SLAs and business targets and also be accountable for own and the team performance on productivity and agreed KPIS as stated in service level agreements and internal team goals.

Key Requirements :

  • More than 2 years working experience in Finance/Commercial/or Accounts Payable with min 1 year related working experience in managing the finance deliveries in accordance with agreed service level agreements.
  • Experienced in communicating complex issues and data concepts to people, liaising with operations and to improve technical expertise regarding products offered, and ability to synthesize data, are essential.
  • Effective people management skill and managing service-oriented team in a shared service environment
  • Sound knowledge of system tools such as Oracle, Hyperion and ServiceNow strongly preferred
