RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide pre-sales technical support and technical expertise to customers and partnersPerform hands-on work with customers during product evaluations and post-salesPerform hands-on tests to validate customer proof-of-concept setups, network designs, and network deployments using new products and featuresPut together design guidelines and recommend improvements to customers for the networks they supportKeep up-to-date on competitive solutions, products, and servicesWork with sales team for tender compliance and clarificationsMaintain good rapport with customers and vendorsREQUIREMENTS:Degree in IT or Networking with a minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Network and Security implementation, support or consulting.Good technical & communication skills with passion to understand and deliver customer IT Networking & Security requirements independently.Proficiency in one or more technologies like routing/switching, SSL, WAN optimization, Web Security, load balancers, Traffic shaping or gateway AVNetwork troubleshooting skills like packet capture analysis, NMS etc.Good knowledge of pre-sales and post sales activities.Eagerness and ability to engage in courteous customer handling and commercial judgment would be preferred.
