Why does this job exist and why is it critical
This job scope’s main responsibility is to drive acquisition of new Maxis Fibre subscribers by developing compelling product marketing proposition on Fibre Broadband propositions.
What are you accountable for
Improve the blended Fibre ARPU for acquisition as defined in the yearly AOP targetsAnalysis of Fibre market - Target segments, user profiles, and profit and loss projections for existing, enhanced or new product offeringsMonitor competitor product propositions & market conditions for Fibre and propose counter-attack strategies or measuresMonitor and provide forecast of GA based on existing runrates/understanding of effect of key on ground tactics to drive up numbersRecommend and build key strategies, tactical plans or product innovation to grow fibre market share and meet GA targets by working closely with Sales and MarcommMonitor and suggest improvements in building the funnel for FibreDrive the go to market and launch of new product improvements/conceptsUnderstanding Profit/Loss of Fibre propositionsWork closely with S&S to ensure channel focus, inclusive of monetary incentive and support materialsWork closely with Marcomm to ensure product communication (ATL & BTL) is accurate, inclusive of digitalWork closely with ISD and Fibre Value Chain to ensure product roadmap is delivered on time and accurateIdentify new channels of acquisition to drive potential growth in Fibre Propositions
What do you need to have for this role
Tertiary educationMinimum 11 to 15 years in product development role within Telco industryStrong track record and experience in Home Fibre or Home Broadband businessGood understanding of Telco value chain processes and marketing
