Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Develop beauty product portfolio to meet company's objective in terms of sales and profitability.Develop marketing plans to grow assigned portfolio according to budget.Execute plans to achieve set objectives, including branding,promotions,campaigns and value creation.Study market trends and product gap to identify new product or upgrade opportunities and working closely with product development team in forecasting and pricing.Execute appropriate strategies and communications to support new lauches and campaigns.Sales performance tracking and analysis for proactive action to manage the sales.Work with the relevant departments to implement plan to achieve the desired results.

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree in Economics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.3-5 years Marketing experience and exposure in beauty industry will be an added advantage.Analytical and creative with marketing skills.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Working experience in MLM industry is an added advantage.Applicants must be willing to work in Glenmarie,Shah Alam.Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.Full-Time position(s) available.
