We are currently seeking a highly-motivated, knowledgeable, and friendly product specialist to join our sales team

In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer service, answering all customer questions and and concerns regarding our products and helping them make the most informed buying choice possible You will demonstrate your technical knowledge of our various product options in a friendly and helpful manner, treat potential customers with the utmost respect, and follow up with them, making every effort to close the sale in a professional manner

Product Specialist Requirements and Qualifications
SPM/Diploma or Degree in any field Significant work experience in customer service or sales strongly preferred Able to memorize product specifications and demonstrate use accurately Able to work cooperatively as part of a team Must be reliable and punctual Desire to continue to develop skills and knowledge Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal Outstanding interpersonal skills and a positive attitude Articulate and well-spoken with excellent phone and email etiquette Strong work ethic, self motivated Demonstrate honesty and integrity at all times Flexible to work on shift basis by supporting Australia time zone
