Job Description

Main Responsibilities:Advise and map customer operation processes with BASS systemSuggest industry best practices with BASSnet in mind to customers.Responsible for project workshop deliverables.Provides functional training to customer.Involve in data migration.To provide feedback to the product management team based on discussion from customersSuggests areas for product improvement along with possible solutions.Involve in project support during project life cycle.Requirements/ expectations:Possess Diploma/Degree in Marine Engineering/Nautical or other relevant education.Has good background in various PMS, drydocking, safety, operations fleet management software.Minimum 2 years seatime experience with last sailing as 3rd officer or engineer rank. Optionally, has worked as a PMS engineer/superintendent or in a similar capacity.Project implementation scope of work includes requirements study, process and operations mapping, office and ship users training, User acceptance testing and go live support coordination.Project documentation on the concluded mapped process, test case and go live support.Experience in consultant role, demonstrated ability to simultaneously manage multiple assignments including work prioritization, resource coordination and planning.Good communication and presentation skills in English, written and verballyPractical and / or Technical knowledge of maritime software is an added advantage.A team player with the ability to influence customers and gain respect with knowledge, passion and strong execution capabilitiesHigh energy, self-starter, results oriented and possess strong ownership for projects and service management.Possess excellent interpersonal skills and able to communicate and manage relationship at all levels of the organization and the customersProven customer relationship skills, strong customers focus, demonstrates excellent communication skills and is adept at customer management with at least 1 - 2 years’ experience in customer service and support field.Hands on knowledge with database query knowledge (MS Access, MS SQL Server) are added advantages.Ability to travel extensively globally within short notice, travel duration within a week.Successful candidate can expect an attractive and competitive remuneration package based on qualifications and experience alongside with growth opportunities.The successful candidate will be part of the Service & Support Business Unit.
