Job Description

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Marketing or equivalent

Required language(s)Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia

At least 1Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

Required Skill(s) Microsoft Office

Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent

Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, and reordering supplies

Providing real-time scheduling support

Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party

Using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research

Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail

Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience
