Job Descriptions:Involve in SAP project as Support Staff to Finance Division in term of managing, monitoring and follow-up with respective work-stream to carry out their responsibility in this project.To participate and monitor the execution and completion of deliverables and implementation according to the project schedule drawn up.To highlight any key dependencies and manage & coordinate with respective impacted parties/work-stream to manage scope, issues, quality & risks encountered throughout the project.To coordinate and consolidate progress reports of project to Project Manager, Working Committees and Project Steering Committee.To participate, monitor, consolidate and follow-up on issue encountered during UAT and closure of all error logs.To assist on arranging periodical project meeting and prepare meeting materials/minutes and follow-up on action items with respective responsible parties.To participate in post implementation review.To assist on the resolution of any post implementation issue.Requirements:Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor s Degree and above in any fieldsRequired language(s): EnglishExperience in financial / banking industry preferred (minimum 2 - 3 years of working experience)Experience in project management, project documentation and project implementation role.Familiar with banking systems, process and operations preferred.Fresh graduates with no working experience are encourage to applyFast learner and capable to acquire new skills in shorter learning curveMulti-tasking and results orientatedGood interpersonal and communication skills.Good in problem solving and decision.With minimum financial accounting background.Knowledge of project management techniques and tools is a plus.Good planning, organizing and coordination skills.Able to work independently, meet deadline and adapt quickly to a results- oriented environment.Job detailsWorking days : Monday- FridayContract view to extension or absorption to permanent based on performance and vacancies availableAble to start immediatelyOpen for Malaysian onlyInterested Contact us atOffice landline : 03 2287 3882 or send email to us at
