Job Description


Working closely with Project Manager in planning, coordination, budgeting, implementation of design and monitoring the overall renovation and fit out project of retail outlets until completion.

Responsible for monitoring and managing work progress including suppliers, sub-contractors and authorities related to ensure timely completion according to schedule, budget and requirement.


Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Quantity Survey / Engineering or equivalent.

Minimum 5 years of working experience in related fields required, Department Store project experience preferred.

Good negotiation and management skills and able to produce Bill of Quantities (BQ).

Must have good knowledge in material costing.

Understand project tendering process and able to manage documentation process.

Possess good interpersonal skills and able to work with all levels.

Able to work under pressure with tight completion schedule deadlines.
